Job summary

State Street is seeking an Account Services Client Implementation Analyst to guide clients through Alpha Platform implementations. You will translate complex business requirements into clear specifications, collaborate with business, implementation and technology teams, and play a lead role in gathering and documenting client needs for front and middle office services.

You will conduct workshops, support testing, and ensure successful post‑go live transitions while maintaining a strong client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business process or data analysis, operating model design, or transformation projects.
• Ability to write SQL code for data analysis (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Explain to the client the State Street standard operation model for Account Services.
• Provide detailed business analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state Alpha F2B operating models.
• Liaise with stakeholders to establish and document implementation requirements, develop use cases, and document requirements.
