State Street Corporation is seeking an Implementation Functional Test Lead to own function-level test delivery for Alpha implementations. You will partner with the Implementation Test Manager to coordinate planning, execution, and defect management across business, data and technology domains.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Management, or related disciplines.
• 10–15 years overall experience with strong functional testing in financial services or technology programs.
• 4–8 years of leading testing workstreams across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of test execution for an assigned Alpha implementation function.
• Own function-level test execution delivery, including strategy, planning, and day-to-day management.
• Defect management, triage, and resolution tracking across test phases.
• Lead defect triage forums with business, tech, and integration teams.
• Ensure traceability to business processes and test scenarios.
• Produce clear test status reporting for leadership.
