Job summary

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead our volunteer learning programmes and support the development of paid staff. You will design and deliver engaging training, supervise volunteers, and coordinate learning initiatives across the charity.

Based in Northallerton, this permanent full-time role requires excellent organisation, proactive communication and a genuine commitment to helping people build confidence and skills through learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, teaching or similar educational setting.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing development of volunteers.
• Coordinate design and delivery of training programmes for volunteers and staff.
