Job summary

Children Not Numbers is seeking a highly organized Case File Coordinator in the United Kingdom to support clinical documentation workflows. You will transcribe clinical communications and MDT outcomes into electronic patient files, and ensure records are current and accurate.

You will edit documents for clarity, manage SharePoint folders, and collaborate with the team using WhatsApp and Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English with grammar and professional tone.
• Proofreading and editing to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with SharePoint is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe clinical communications into electronic patient files.
• Transcribe MDT meeting outcomes into electronic patient files.
• Edit and proofread documents for clarity and formatting.
• Organise electronic files on SharePoint.
• Collaborate with team to keep documentation up-to-date.
• Use WhatsApp for real-time communication and Microsoft 365 for documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
