Job summary

• Assist in the processing of clinical documents to ensure accurate recording into clinical records.
• Code electronic and paper communications and results, using appropriate medical terminology.
• Input patient information into clinical medical systems with attention to accuracy.
• Maintain control of patient files and related administration to quality standards and data governance.
• Work within information governance, GDPR and DPA regulations.
