Job summary

Mears Group in Milton Keynes is recruiting a Voids Manager to lead void refurbishment delivery across the contract, ensuring high service levels and strong client relationships.

You will oversee operations, drive performance against KPI targets and manage teams, subcontractors and budgets while ensuring safety and quality. A full UK driving licence is required.

Voids Manager

Annual salary: up to £44,232.00

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)

We are looking for a highly motivated Voids Manager to join our Milton Keynes team. This is a fast-paced role where you will lead the delivery of high standard void refurbishment activities, ensuring excellent customer service, strong operational performance and successful client relationships. Working closely with operational teams, supervisors, subcontractors and clients, you will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining compliance standards and ensuring contractual KPI targets are achieved. You will oversee service delivery, resource deployment, reporting and continuous improvement activities across the contract.

As Voids Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contract service delivery, ensuring operational and commercial performance aligns with contractual commitments and company standards. You will lead teams to deliver high quality void refurbishment works safely, efficiently and within budget whilst maintaining strong customer and client relationships.
