Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is hiring a site supervisor to oversee operatives on housing maintenance projects across the Home Counties. You will manage day-to-day fieldwork, ensuring productivity, quality and KPI achievement while coordinating with tenants and clients.

This hybrid role requires people management, a full clean driving licence and the ability to obtain SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team, ideally in housing or maintenance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Able to pass SC Clearance.
• Health and safety or sustainability training considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of operatives to ensure productivity, efficiency and quality.
• Manage supplier and subcontractor works to meet on-time delivery and budget targets.
• Liaise with tenants and clients to address queries and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect void properties, specify works and present accurate orders.
• Mentor apprentices and collaborate with admin and call centre teams to schedule works.
