Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Voids Supervisor to lead a multi-site team, driving service standards and achieving key KPI targets within time and budget constraints. You will assess resource needs, manage day-to-day activities, resolve complaints, and implement action plans to address any dissatisfaction, while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

• Significant technical knowledge with extensive experience in construction methods, technology and materials.
• Level 3 Construction Management qualification and CSCS card are required.
• Experience in social housing and managing multi-site workforces is essential.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months is essential.
• Strong time management and IT skills; proactive and flexible, with good communication and influencing abilities.
