Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Voids Contract Manager to drive performance and improve outcomes for residents by effectively managing voids contracts and returning empty homes to use swiftly.

You will monitor contractor performance against KPIs, budgets and risk, while supporting procurement, governance and compliance activities and using data to drive service improvements across the operation.

• Experience managing voids/contracts in housing, repairs or construction.
• Strong budget management and cost control abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities with external partners.
• Proven track record using performance data to drive improvements.
