Job summary

Peabody is seeking an experienced Voids Contract Manager to drive performance, improve customer outcomes and return empty homes to use quickly and efficiently.

You will oversee voids contracts, monitor KPIs and spend, support procurement and governance, and use data and stakeholder insight to deliver service improvements across the organization. This role collaborates with operational teams and contractors to ensure value for money and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Contract management experience within housing, repairs, maintenance or construction.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.

Voids Contract Manager – Drive Performance and Improve Customer Outcomes

Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in repairs, maintenance or housing? As a Voids Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in managing contractor performance, driving value for money and ensuring empty homes are returned to use quickly and efficiently.

Working closely with operational teams, contractors and stakeholders across Peabody, you'll oversee void works contracts, improve service performance and help deliver better outcomes for residents.
