• Coordinate the entire voids process from start to finish, ensuring timely action and handover.
• Track properties from vacancy through inspection, refurbishment and letting.
• Liaise with voids surveyors, contractors and housing colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate void property records and produce progress reports for management.
