VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking an experienced Void Supervisor to lead a housing maintenance team across the South East. You will oversee void works, manage subcontractors and ensure safe, quality delivery with strong frontline leadership.

We value candidates with a proven repairs and maintenance background, familiarity with safety processes, and qualifications such as HNC or NVQ Level 2.

Qualifications

• Experience as a repairs and maintenance supervisor within a housing environment.
• Experience with health and safety processes such as Permit to Work, Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• HNC or NVQ Level 2 in a maintenance trade and strong leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operational delivery and subcontractors.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
• Carry out site health and safety audits and drive productivity.
• Lead performance management and holiday coverage with Delivery Manager.
