Job summary

Decagon is seeking a Solutions Architect – Voice to define how enterprises deploy Decagon's AI voice agents into live contact centers. This senior technical role sits at the intersection of pre-sales engineering, telephony architecture, and enterprise strategy, guiding customers through SIP trunking, call routing, media handling, and real-time transcription.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on voice or contact centers.
Deep fluency in enterprise contact center platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, Cisco, or Google CCAI.
Hands-on CPaaS experience (Twilio, Telnyx) including BYOC configurations.
Ability to translate complex voice requirements into deployment strategies with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to design voice deployment solutions addressing telephony constraints and CX outcomes.
Translate diverse contact center environments into clear integration strategies for Decagon's voice platform.
Design SIP integration approaches and security-conscious media/transfer paths for customers.
Diagnose call flows at the packet level and establish repeatable SIP/media troubleshooting methods.
Develop scalable pre-sales processes, deployment playbooks, and reference architectures.
