Job summary

Decagon, the leading conversational AI platform, is seeking an Agent Development Lead to own the strategy and execution for deploying Decagon across complex enterprise environments.

You will design and own the agent development playbook, create scalable frameworks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer goals into successful agent builds. You’ll leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and time to value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational instincts with scalable processes or playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI agent builds from zero to one and drive outcomes.
• Design deployment strategies tailored to customer goals and environments.
• Improve speed, quality, and consistency across agent builds through better tooling and automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into successful agent builds.
