Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining voice and network infrastructure across multiple sites.
- Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving network and telephony issues.
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading network hardware and software.
- Managing system backups and supporting disaster recovery processes.
- Monitoring network performance and producing operational reports.
- Supporting LAN, WAN, SIP, and unified communications environments.
- Working closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Participating in an on-call rota for critical services.
