Job summary

You'll join a collaborative team, handling day-to-day operations and project work, contributing to reliability and continuous improvement, with a salary up to £55,000 and hybrid flexibility in Cheltenham.
Qualifications
- Hands-on CUCM and Cisco Unity experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and unified communications.
- Solid SIP/VoIP and voice networking knowledge.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex voice infrastructure issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintenance for enterprise voice and UC systems.
- Support CUCM, Cisco Unity and Microsoft Teams environments.
- Investigate and resolve voice incidents to minimise service disruption.
- Support SIP connectivity, call routing and voice networking.
- Work with network engineers on LAN/WAN, routing, switching and firewall tech.
- Contribute to config, monitoring and optimisation of network infra.
- Participate in BAU, upgrades and technical improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
- Take part in on-call rota for critical incidents.
