The organization is looking to appoint a Network Manager to lead a six-person network and voice engineering team. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for data networking, voice, security, and cloud-connected infrastructure, remaining technically credible at a senior level and providing technical direction when complex incidents or projects require escalation. This is not a purely managerial position.

• A stronger data networking background is preferred, although candidates need enough understanding of voice technologies to effectively manage the complete team.

Location & Working Pattern:

• 1-in-4 on-call rota
• Hybrid working
• 2 to 3 days per week in Gloucester
• Permanent position

Benefits:

• Approximately £4,000 annual on-call allowance

Salary:

• £70,000 basic salary
