Concentrix Limited is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to support enterprise customers across EMEA in implementing, adopting, and maximizing value from Microsoft Viva Glint employee engagement programs.

The role requires a strategic, consultative approach, coordinating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, governance, and measurable outcomes. Remote UK-based position with opportunities across the Viva Glint ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, Program Management, HR Technology, Employee Experience, People Analytics, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Strong communication, consulting, and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems, employee data management, identity management, and enterprise software implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, driving adoption, satisfaction, retention, and business value.
• Lead Viva Glint implementations, onboarding, survey programs, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise on HR technology integrations, employee data management, organizational hierarchies, and reporting models.
• Support integrations with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Partner with HR, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with account teams to support renewals, growth opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
