Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to lead Viva Glint programs in the UK and beyond. You will guide implementations, onboarding, and governance while advising on HR technology integrations and data governance.

You will partner with HR, IT, and executives to deliver measurable business value, support renewals, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, Program Management, HR Technology, Employee Experience, People Analytics, or Enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong communication, consulting, and executive presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems, employee data management, identity management, and enterprise software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, driving adoption, satisfaction, retention, and business value.
• Lead Viva Glint implementations, onboarding, survey programs, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Advise on HR technology integrations, employee data management, organizational hierarchies, and reporting models.
• Support integrations with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Partner with HR, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and resolve escalations.
• Collaborate with account teams to support renewals, growth opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
