Retail Merchandising Manager – Cosmetics | Greater London Area

Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week

Our client is seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced Retail Merchandiser to bring their cosmetic brands to life in a major retailer across the Greater London area.

Key Responsibilities

As a key player in the implementation of our merchandising strategy, you will:

• Execute in-store merchandising to the highest standards
• Conduct regular store visits, supporting and training our 3rd-party retail merchandising teams
• Assist with the implementation of planograms and visual merchandising strategies
• Build strong relationships with store staff and stakeholders
• Contribute to reports and presentations for management
• Take ownership of all related communication and store feedback

Your Profile

You’re highly organised with great time management skills

• You have strong IT skills – particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• You’re confident communicating with all levels of stakeholders
• You’re proactive, hands-on, and thrive under pressure
• You’re passionate about retail and take pride in delivering excellence
• You’re flexible, adaptable, and can work independently
