The Visual Merchandiser Manager oversees the implementation of a cohesive customer journey across stores, adhering to ARKET standards. Supports a team of Visual Merchandisers in your assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service through knowledge of trends, products, and styling.
• Ensuring an impactful store experience and clear customer journey.
• Analyzing sales data to direct visual merchandising strategies.
• Leading and motivating the visual merchandising team.
• Collaborating with store management on visual changes.
• Identifying and developing future talent.
• Setting visual standards and training staff on product stories and inspiration.
• Communicating with Area Visual teams and providing feedback.
