Customers are charged via their Amazon account after shopping. Our innovative technology uses computer vision, sensor fusion, and machine learning. We are looking for a highly motivated Visual Merchandising Manager with a strong customer focus and analytical skills. Responsible for leading multiple workstreams to create engaging planograms using Blue Yonder software, delivered on time. The role requires clear communication with leadership regarding status, risks, and process changes, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead multiple workstreams to develop planograms for Amazon Fresh Stores, including new launches and resets.
• Develop data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain critical path activities and meet deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement with tracking mechanisms and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure high standards to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with Macro Space Planning team on planogram requirements and adjacencies.

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
