Job summary

Swanage Town Council is seeking a proactive Visitor Services Manager to lead our diverse visitor services team and enhance the Swanage visitor experience. The role covers our Information Centre, Beach Huts, Beach Gardens Sports Park, the Boat Park and Friday Market, and reports to the Council as the lead operational officer on weekends.

The position is 37 hours per week, Thursday to Monday, with weekend and bank holiday working.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Swanage Information Centre and related services while leading the visitor services team.
• Coordinate responses to issues across Council services and partner organisations, including weekends and bank holidays.
