Job summary

The National Trust in Enniskillen is seeking a Visitor Experience Officer to lead a team and deliver outstanding experiences for visitors across Fermanagh’s properties. The role involves supervising staff and volunteers, coordinating rotas, and developing engaging programmes.

You will work with safeguarding training and may require an AccessNI check, with a fixed-term contract until 14-May-2027 and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guided tours or interpretive materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends/bank holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding visitor experiences across Fermanagh properties.
• Supervise volunteers and coordinate staff rotas.
• Develop events, interpretive displays and risk assessments.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
