We are looking for an Experience Delivery Officer to join the newly formed Visitor Experience Delivery Team and help bring unforgettable outdoor experiences and seasonal programmes to life. This role sits within the national Visitor Experiences team, within the Experiences & Revenue Directorate. You will be working within a team passionate about giving our visitors the best experiences in the outdoors. We have ambitious plans, seeking to extend our reach to a wider audience. You will be part of a team that strives for improvement, serving our audiences well whilst supporting one another.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
As an Experience Delivery Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of projects and workstreams across the team, and sometimes across the wider directorate. From reporting and evaluation to logistics, procurement, and data management, you’ll be the reliable backbone that keeps our delivery sharp, seamless, and impactful.
You’ll support the planning and delivery of projects and workstreams across the team, managing essential project processes such as reporting, evaluation and forward planning. The role also involves supporting governance processes, maintaining accurate data and generating insights that help shape future programming. You’ll work closely with a dynamic and supportive team, where new ideas and improved ways of working are actively encouraged.
