Job summary

The National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty is seeking two Welcome & Service Team Members for Clumber Park. The roles involve delivering excellent customer service at a busy visitor site, greeting guests, handling admissions and guiding visitors around the park.

You will join a friendly Welcome Team, with shifts typically 2–3 per week and regular weekends/Bank Holidays. The contract runs until the end of February 2027, with an online assessment in lieu of a CV.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors at the Welcome Point and handling admissions and information
• Promoting events, activities and offers to enhance the visitor experience
• Greeting delivery drivers, contractors, volunteers and staff to support smooth operations
• Encouraging National Trust memberships and signposting ways to support the charity
• Assisting with mobility scooter bookings and answering visitor queries
• Carrying rover duties to engage visitors in park areas and communicating conservation messages
• Supporting event delivery and car-parking duties as required
