Job summary

National Trust at Clumber Park is hiring two Welcome & Service Team Members to join the Welcome Team. You will welcome visitors, process admissions, and help deliver a warm, informative visitor experience in a busy park setting.

The role features a zero-hour contract with shifts likely on weekends and Bank Holidays. The fixed term runs until the end of February 2027, with online assessment required prior to interview. Training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Comfortable working in a busy team environment.
• Ability to greet visitors, provide information and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors at the Welcome Point and assist with admissions.
• Promote events, activities and offers to enhance visitor experience.
• Support mobile engagement and roving duties across the park.
