Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member to support busy visitor operations across Croome and Worcestershire sites. You will greet visitors, help resolve queries, and work across locations, including The Firs, Greyfriars House and Garden, and Hanbury Hall.

This permanent role is based on annualised hours (800 hours per year) with 12 equal pay instalments. You will contribute to delivering excellent service while encouraging membership and supporting our charitable mission.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Willing to travel between sites across Worcestershire.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and helpful service to visitors across sites.
• Assist with shop, café and information queries.
• Promote National Trust membership and benefits.
