You will drive menu development, cost control, inventory management, supplier relationships, and rigorous health and safety standards, while mentoring staff to achieve exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen
• Strong cost control and menu planning
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
