SALT. St Brelade Bay in Jersey is seeking a visionary Head Chef to take full ownership of our kitchen and lead a talented team. This is a long-term, hands-on role for a culinary leader committed to building a lasting legacy on the island.

You will drive menu development, cost control, inventory management, supplier relationships, and rigorous health and safety standards, while mentoring staff to achieve exceptional dining experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen
• Strong cost control and menu planning
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards
