Job summary

London Southend Airport Company Limited is seeking an Executive Operations Agent for a 10-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave within the Jet Centre team. You will deliver a VIP experience for high-net-worth clients and manage day-to-day lounge operations, administration, and facilities to meet global standards.

The role requires exceptional communication, strong organisation, and the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills (Mandatory).
• Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Mandatory).
• Full UK Driving Licence (Advantageous).
• Previous airport or ground handling experience (Advantageous).
• Experience working alongside VIPs, high-profile individuals, or sports teams (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• VIP Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service to clients and maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation.
• Operational Control: Own the operations desk and manage flight requests and daily workflows.
• Compliance & Safety: Follow SOPs and GDPR when handling sensitive data.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with third-party providers to meet scope and quality.
• Incident Reporting: Document and escalate incidents per policy.
• Team Collaboration: Support colleagues across operational areas as needed.
