Job summary

Executive Jet Management Europe in London is seeking a polished Inflight Service Representative to ensure privacy, safety and exceptional passenger comfort from boarding to disembarkation. You will bridge passengers and flight crew, delivering personalised service in a high-end environment.

2–4 years experience in private aviation or premium hospitality is preferred, with a focus on meticulous attention to detail and superior professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within private aviation or premium hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimum levels of comfort and service to passengers through ready and efficient assistance and courtesy.
• Guarantee the delivery of exceptional customer service and provide relevant feedback to the Commander and related company departments.
• Form the link between passengers and the flight crew whenever requested by the Commander, ensuring a high level of service throughout the flight.
• Check catering and other onboard non-safety related equipment and immediately report deficiencies to the Commander, ensuring the aircraft is in perfect condition.
• Report any condition or event that might endanger the safety of the flight—your vigilance is essential.
• Ensure proper cleaning of the cabin and re-stocking between flights to guarantee the aircraft is properly prepared for subsequent journeys.
