Perk (formerly TravelPerk) seeks an exceptional Executive Travel Consultant to deliver a Seven-Star experience for our leadership and high-value clients. You will balance personalized planning with trusted advisor status, managing complex itineraries and urgent changes across channels.

The role requires a background in hospitality, premium travel, or luxury service, with strong communication, judgment, and attention to detail. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in High-Touch Premium Customer Service (Executive Travel, Hospitality, Aviation, Luxury Brands)
• Understanding of contact-center metrics like productivity, efficiency and CSAT
• Excellent communication with a confident, professional demeanor
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving focus

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Executive and VIP business travel (flight, hotel, transfers, special requests)
• Provide expert recommendations considering preferences, policy, and duty of care
• Handle travel changes quickly, empathetically, and with precision
• Manage multiple channels (phone, chat, email) in a fast-moving Executive-Care environment
• Deliver premium service while meeting KPIs like productivity, handle time, and SLA
