Qualifications

• Experience in High-Touch Premium Customer Service (Executive Travel, Hospitality, Aviation or Luxury brands).
• Understanding of Contact-Center KPIs: CSAT, productivity and efficiency.
• Excellent communication with confident, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of executive and VIP travel arrangements.
• Provide proactive recommendations respecting policy and preferences.
• Handle disruptions with empathy and precision across channels.
