Job summary

Soho House in London is seeking a waiter to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations while collaborating with floors and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume settings and stay calm under pressure.
• Be hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, present menus, engage immediately upon seating.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and handle allergies/dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely, correct orders and recommendations.
• Maintain exceptional table service with proactive drink/top-up service.
• Keep the environment clean and set/reset tables as needed.
• Assist with special requests to create memorable experiences.
• Process payments through card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism with VIPs.
