Soho House in London is seeking an attentive Waiter to deliver refined service to our members and guests. You’ll work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth dining experience that reflects the Club’s standards of professionalism and discretion.

Your role includes greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and processing payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay. 2–3 years in high-end dining and a hospitable, team‑oriented attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Hospitable and approachable with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and guests, present menus, and engage immediately on seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, considering allergies and dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely, correct service and recommendations.
