Soho House on Dean Street Townhouse in Central London is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver refined, attentive service to our members and guests, working with floor and kitchen teams to uphold the Club's standards of professionalism and excellence.

Your main responsibility is to ensure guests have an enjoyable experience, greeting guests, taking orders, making recommendations and processing payments with discretion. Training and perks accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a similar high-end dining environment.
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and remain calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful to colleagues and guests.
• Able to follow training schedules and Club School standards.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage guests upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
• Provide menu recommendations including pairings.
• Maintain table cleanliness and service throughout the guest’s stay.
• Handle payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay while maintaining discretion.
