Job summary

Celebrity Cruises seeks a Concierge to ensure the guest experience across Groups, Loyalty & Concierge Class is seamless and memorable aboard ship. You will coordinate with Guest Relations, Groups/Events and Loyalty teams to anticipate needs and deliver premium service.

The role demands outstanding hospitality, exceptional communication, and strong organizational skills, with accountability for flawless execution and a luxurious guest environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• 2-3 yrs background experience as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5 * Hotel.
• Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests.
• Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact, advocate and representative for all guests, with increased focus on VIP, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge classes.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a upscale, considerate, professional and positive manner.
• Maintains the Concierge lounge, Loyalty Spaces and conference rooms and materials in a luxury environment.
• Keeps complete knowledge of brand features, ship information, voyage/destination details and guest preferences.
• Coordinates guests’ special requests for personalized services such as transport, reservations, activities, and other services.
• Leads by example as an Officer, upholding cleanliness and orderliness and greeting guests and crew per WAYS philosophy.
