Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and emergency preparedness in stateroom services.
• Respond to escalated guest concerns in a upscale, professional manner.
• Track metrics such as guest counts, call volume, and guest/crew interactions.
• Communicate inventory, program access and maintenance needs.
• Lead by example with calm leadership and respect toward guests and crew.
