Job summary

Insignia Group of Companies in London seeks a Concierge Expert to deliver white-glove luxury lifestyle support for a discerning clientele. The role involves sourcing fine dining reservations, exclusive access, and bespoke experiences with discretion and precision.

You will coordinate with PAs, Operations, and vendors to plan and execute client requests from research through to seamless delivery and follow-up, while staying ahead of trends in luxury travel and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in concierge, luxury hospitality, lifestyle management, or similar high-end service.
• Confident, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork, especially with PAs and Operations.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Eye for detail and proactive, discreet service.
• Creative thinker with global mindset and passion for unforgettable experiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle luxury lifestyle requests including fine dining, travel, event access, shopping, and gifting.
• Manage client communications via phone, email, and messaging, coordinating with PAs/Operations.
• Own requests from research to execution and follow-up.
• Source premium products and services globally using a range of tools and networks.
• Build relationships with international vendors to unlock exclusive benefits.
• Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems and reporting.
• Stay informed on luxury, hospitality, travel trends to inform recommendations.
• Deliver white-glove service and exceed client expectations.
