A dynamic video production agency in Greater London is seeking an experienced Video Editor to lead end-to-end video editing across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate has a strong background in editing short-form content, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Suite. We're looking for an experienced video editor to join our exciting team. You will be joining a rapidly growing agency, founded by Chris Donnelly, Nader Alnajjar & Thomas Pearce.

You have a choice to work from home, or get up a little earlier to join us in our office in London Bridge. We do like our team to come in at least twice a week!
The work day begins. You review briefs from the Strategy Director and Brand Managers across the agency. You’re given clear guidance on what’s needed, the goal of each piece and what “great” looks like for that client.
You hop on a call with the wider team, discussing exciting company updates and setting goals for the week. You share an editing insight you noticed, a hook style, pacing structure or caption format that’s working across multiple clients.
You align with a Brand Manager on priorities for the day. You confirm what needs turning around first, what formats are required and any specific creative direction. Then you organise footage, pull selects and start cutting your first edit.
You continue editing, refining the cut, tightening the structure and adding captions and visual elements. You’re focused on quality, making sure each clip feels premium and performs well across platforms.
You move into your next edit, applying the same process across a different client style. You balance speed with high standards, keeping everything clean, on‑brand and consistent.
Lunch break! You grab food with the team.
You jump into a quick working session with the Strategy Director and Brand Manager to align on a client’s content direction. You make sure the edits match the strategy and the founder’s tone, then get back into production.
You work on motion graphics and text animation for one of your edits. Clean captions, subtle overlays and visual elements that feel premium and custom, not templated.
A Brand Manager pings you about a last‑minute request. A client needs a short form edit turned around quickly for an upcoming post. No problem. You pull selects, build the structure, and start cutting with a clear hook and strong pacing.
You review and polish your edits. Final captions, sound mix, colour pass and exports. You make sure everything is clean, consistent and ready to publish.
Final productivity push. You deliver the finished edits, organise files properly and queue everything up for review. Because you work closely with the team and follow clear guidance, feedback is minimal and edits move quickly.
You wrap up by organising tomorrow's priorities and checking that projects across pods are set up for success for the rest of the week.
