Job summary

Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in vibration analysis and condition monitoring. The role involves managing a portfolio of blue-chip clients, including OEMs, with a home-based/field-based setup across Southern England.

You will engage with engineering managers and technical decision-makers, selling specialist monitoring equipment and building long-term relationships to improve machinery reliability and uptime.

Qualifications

• Technical sales or account management experience within mechanical engineering or a related industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical machinery and assets lived in the field.
• Experience selling industrial equipment or technical services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of blue-chip industrial customers, including high-profile brands.
• Build relationships with engineering managers, maintenance teams and technical decision-makers.
• Understand customers' mechanical equipment and reliability requirements, recommending technical solutions.
• Sell condition-monitoring and vibration-analysis equipment to industrial customers.
• Manage your territory, diary and customer visits, with autonomy to structure your week.
