Roundhouse Recruitment Ltd is working with an established international manufacturer to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer (Condition Monitoring / Vibration Analysis) covering Southern England and South Wales. The role is home-based and field-based with a company car.

You will own an existing portfolio of industrial customers, including McLaren F1, travel to sites, develop relationships with maintenance and engineering decision-makers, and apply CBM and vibration-analysis expertise to specify

Qualifications

• Previous CBM, condition monitoring or vibration analysis experience.
• Technical sales, account management or BD experience in engineering.
• Strong understanding of rotating and electromechanical machinery.
• Experience with pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes or similar equipment.
• Strong customer relationships and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work autonomously across a field-based territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of industrial accounts.
• Visit engineering, manufacturing and process-industry sites across the territory.
• Build relationships with maintenance and reliability engineers and decision-makers.
• Understand machinery condition needs and recommend technical solutions.
• Sell condition-monitoring, vibration-analysis and reliability equipment.
• Support customers working with rotating and electromechanical machinery.
• Develop accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage your territory, diary and appointments.
• Typically four customer-site visits per week and autonomous scheduling.
