URBN stores in Newcastle upon Tyne are seeking a Store Associate to support the management team and uphold the VIBE philosophy. You will deliver a positive customer experience, engage with shoppers, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key duties include assisting with training, maintaining stock and merchandising, operating tills, and following loss prevention and safety guidelines. Strong communication and retail awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tills, shipment tasks, and fitting room guidelines.
• Participate in processing new shipments and keep receiving/back stock areas clean and organized.
• Help complete weekly tasks (markdowns, re-ticketing, transfers, RTVs) and uphold health & safety regulations.
• Support merchandising and display projects and keep the sales floor well stocked.
