Job summary

Arun Veterinary Group, Worthing, seeks a Veterinary Receptionist on a 32.5 hour week to be the friendly face at the Worthing branch. You will handle bookings, greet clients and manage pet-related inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

The role requires confident customer interactions, good IT skills and a driving licence for multi-site coverage after six months. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to high standards of care.

Qualifications

VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST – 32.5 hours per week

About you

You’ll be an experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background although not essential, you will have a high level of confidence and passion to work with customers and their beloved pets. A valid driving licence is required due to the nature of the role, and you must have sufficient computer skills.

Rota

32.5 hours per week.

Requirement for everyone to join the weekend and bank holiday rota.

This role is based primarily at our busy Worthing branch. After 6-months you may be required to change to a multi-site position covering all of our sites.

You may be required to help at our other sites if necessary.
