Job summary

Arun Veterinary Group, Worthing, seeks a Veterinary Receptionist on a 32.5 hour week to be the friendly face at the Worthing branch. You will handle bookings, greet clients and manage pet-related inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

The role requires confident customer interactions, good IT skills and a driving licence for multi-site coverage after six months. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experienced receptionist with customer-facing focus and pet-friendly attitude.
• High level of confidence when engaging with clients and their pets.
• A valid driving licence is required for site coverage.
• Sufficient computer and basic IT skills for bookings and records.

Responsibilities

• Front of house role delivering exemplary customer service to clients.
• Answer enquiries, manage appointments and bookings for pets.
• Support clinical team and coordinate with other branches as needed.
