Vets for Pets in Oxford Botley and Abingdon is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to deliver outstanding client service while supporting the veterinary team.

You will greet clients, answer calls, manage emails and WhatsApp, handle bookings, prescriptions, payments and data entry on our in-house system.

We offer a supportive, locally run practice with a friendly team, flexible hours, and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Passion for outstanding customer service.
• Greeting clients in person and over the phone.
• Administration tasks including scanning paperwork and cashing up.
• Booking appointments and recording client/patient data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to clients while supporting care for their pets.
• Coordinate communication between pet owners and clinical team.
• Answer phones and manage emails/WhatsApp.
• Process appointments, prescriptions, payments, and records.
• Maintain tidy reception area and update notice boards.
• Discuss Complete Care Plan offers to clients.
