Job summary

Vets for Pets Horsham is seeking a warm, friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our brand-new practice and help deliver an exceptional client experience for pets and their owners. As the first point of contact, you’ll manage bookings and payments, coordinate with the clinical team, and build strong relationships with clients.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) is based at RH12 1HR and offers a supportive, growing team.

• Delivering exceptional client care while supporting the highest standards of patient care.
• Acting as a key link between clients and the clinical team.
• Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and colleagues.
• Ensuring every client visit is welcoming, supportive, and professional.
• Greeting clients warmly and providing clear, accurate information and guidance.
• Managing payments and booking appointments confidently.
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our online booking system.
• Strong computer skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
