Oxford Cowley Vets for Pets is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly, supportive team in Oxford. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, delivering outstanding client care and guiding customers through our services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a similar client-facing role.
• Friendly and welcoming manner, first point of contact for clients and their pets.
• Ability to provide confident guidance by staying up to date with practice services.
• Calm, attentive approach focused on meeting clients’ needs.
• Enthusiasm, energy and a love of pets.
• Empathy to support clients through difficult news and exciting visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and ensure the best care for their pets.
• Be the link between clients and clinical team and build strong relationships.
• Ensure every client visit is a positive experience and encourage future visits.
• Greet clients and manage payments and bookings with confidence.
• Support daily operations using our online booking system.
