Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our ParkVets, Sidcup team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be based across seven sites, supporting client stays and keeping the front desk organized and efficient.

You will manage appointments, inquiries and communications, working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. A proactive team player with excellent communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Friendly, organised and customer-focused candidate with a welcoming manner.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a positive, reassuring experience at every visit.
• Support the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
• Use practice management systems alongside Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Travel between practices to provide consistent reception support across our branches.
• Continually develop your skills as our services and practices evolve.
